Howard is a partner at Arel Capital. He serves on firm’s Investment Committee and is Head of Capital Markets. He joined the firm in 2013 and has more than 10 years of direct experience investing in the sector.

Prior to joining, he served as a managing director at Tradeweb Markets LLC, a leading provider of electronic trading platforms for fixed income and derivatives. Earlier in his career, he worked at Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan, advising institutional clients on interest rate risk management.

Howard holds a Ph.D. in finance from Stanford University. He also received a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pennsylvania. He is the author of the book Interest Rate Swaps and Other Derivatives.
