Jake is Vice President of Asset Management at Arel Capital.

Prior to joining Arel in 2022, Jake worked as an analyst at Independence Realty Trust, a publicly traded REIT based in Philadelphia. Earlier in his career, he served as a junior analyst at a boutique real estate private equity firm, also in Philadelphia.

Jake holds a bachelor’s degree in finance (real estate concentration) from the University of Alabama.
