Tim is a partner at Arel Capital. He serves on the firm’s Investment Committee and leads acquisitions for the firm’s Mountain West markets, with a primary focus on Colorado and Montana.

Prior to joining Arel in 2014, Tim spent 12 years as a managing director and member of the research committee at Gottex Fund Management, working in London, Boston and New York. His responsibilities at Gottex included evaluating risk and return opportunities across multiple markets and geographies.

Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Kenyon College.
